Masala Chai

Ingredients

  • Monsoon Hills
  • Water (120ml)
  • Milk (120ml)
  • Strainer

Preparation

Step 1

Add 120ml of water to a pan and bring to a boil on the stove.


Step 2

Add 1 to 1.5 teaspoons of Monsoon Hills to the pan and boil for 1 minute.


Step 3

Add 120ml of milk (oat for vegans) and boil for another minute.


Step 4

Strain, sweeten and serve.
