1/2 teaspoon of Turmeric Shakti
300ml of milk (or any milk of your choice, we recommend oat for vegans)
Optional - honey (agave nectar for vegans) and a fine mesh strainer
Utensils - teaspoon, whisk, mug, saucepan, strainer
Add 300ml of milk to a sauce pan and gently heat.
Add 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of Turmeric Shakti to the heated milk. Mix well.
Pour the golden milk into your mug.
Optional - for a velvety smooth drink use a fine mesh strainer when pouring your golden milk into the mug.
